The terroir under which the grapes are grown at Hacienda Encinillas owes its uniqueness to favorable climate ocurring at 5,120 ft above sea level, as well as to classic clay-gravelly soils. In turn, these conditions allow for wines of exceptional quality and distinction.
Wineyard
True to our commitment to the enviroment, we grow our gapes by applying the principles of organic and sustainable farming. We emphasize the use of the natural resources as sign of respect to the ecology of the wineyard land and its sorroundings. We seek to preserve the enviroment as much as we aim to produce grapes of natural quality and character.
